What is consecration? Consecration is setting aside a time for purifying your heart, mind, body, home, relationships, and daily engagements to make room for the sacred. It is comprised of intentional acts a believer engages to come into agreement with God's will. It may or may not include: prayer, fasting, scripture meditation, biblical studies, corporate prayer, worship, extended sabbath rest from work, silence, or fellowship. This is not an exhaustive list of spiritual disciplines, but rather an overview to give you an idea of what a season of consecration could involve.
The Birthing Room Fast Overview
We are fasting from Sunday, April 28th, 2024 through Saturday May 18, 2024. Be sure to consult with your doctor before starting the fast. No two babies are alike, so we have provided the following four options for your fasting journey.
Option One: Detox/Cleanse 21-Day Water/Green Juice Only Fast to cleanse the body of toxins for total detox and cellular restoration.
Option Two: Rebuild/Heal A 21-Day Daniel Fast consisting of non-processed foods. Only fruits, vegetables, nuts, legumes, and whole grains allowed. For beverages stick to water and natural fruit juices. Sweeteners, breads, meat, eggs, nor dairy products are allowed.
Option Three: Nourish: A 21-Day Keto fast consisting of fruits, vegetables, nuts, legumes, grains, eggs, yogurt, cheese, fish, chicken, and beef. No refined or processed sugar allowed. No Fried foods.
Option Four: Delivery Time This option is recommended for people who are experienced with fasting as a lifestyle. The use of an 18-hour (preferably) intermittent fasting schedule should be implemented as a mechanic for mastering time and resource management. Giving birth is a process of strategically breathing more life into our promises while in tune with the flow of God. It's time to shift into a modality of being that better disciples our days accoridng to the will of God.
